Somatic experiencing is designed to help release trauma that’s trapped in the body by releasing the tension and pent-up energy that is deeply rooted within the nervous system and the subconscious mind.
Trauma is an all too commom experience that can have a profound impact on our mental and physical well-being. Whether it’s a result of a single traumatic event or a series of smaller stresses. Trauma can leave us feeling anxious and disconnected from our bodies.
Somatic flow will allow you to feel it, heal it and let it go by using Breathwork and mind-body techniques. It will release suppressed energy to overcome your triggers.
if you are dealing with difficult emotions or struggling to express verbally somatic flow allows us to really use the power of our body to heal stuck emotion through somatic healing.
