Euphoric Breathwork: Breathwork can evoke states of bodily euphoria by accelerating the release stuck trauma, stress and emotional blockages. This amazing experience can induce non-ordinary states of awareness similar to those experienced in deep meditation, psychedelics, or shamanic ceremonies.
