Discover strength in your vulnerability through a unique blend of guided facilitation, breathwork, and free-form movement. This ceremonial practice is all about shedding self-criticism and coming home to your true self. In this dance class, we are not performing for anyone! Instead, we are focusing on what feels good, not what "looks good", which means you can't get it wrong! Following with the transformative sauna and cold plunge experience to embrace all of the rush of emotion.
