Step into a transformative movement experience designed to reconnect you with your body, calm your nervous system, and awaken your innate vitality. This immersive class weaves together grounding practices, breathwork, a guided body scan, intuitive movement, energetic activation, and deeply restorative mirror work. You’ll gently build energy, release tension, and discover new layers of embodied confidence, ending with free-form dance that invites you to witness yourself with compassion and power.
No choreography, no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to move. This class offers a trauma-aware, nurturing space where you can unwind, reset, and return to your body’s wisdom. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, alive, and beautifully connected to yourself.
