Sensual Dance Session

Dance is a beautiful way to express yourself, create and deepen your mind-body connection, and to heal.

This dance class will be easy going, slow-paced, lights will be dim and there will be no expectations on how you look, feel or dance. There will be light choreo that will be very feminine and flowy.

Over the years I have noticed how uncomfortable people can get when it comes to moving in a sensual way or talking about sexuality/expressing sexuality. I believe that the discomfort is mostly just fear but most of the times I sense curiousity in wanting to tap into that sensual side! The problem I continously hear is that there isn't a space that truly makes space for beginners.

This class is designed to help guide women/sensual beings through the discomfort and make it fun.
