The Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method is a wellness practice that uses movement,breathwork, meditation, and affirmation to facilitate emotional and physical well-being. It's a "bottom-up" approach, focusing on the body and sensations as the entry point for self-discovery and healing, rather than thoughts and memories. This method aims to help individuals release emotional baggage, build nervous system resilience, and experience a deeper connection with their authentic selves.The first hour will be guided dance, followed by 1/2 hr. of free dance, and closes with 1/2 hr. of discussing the experience.
