Step into a space where your breath becomes the bridge between the weight of the past and the freedom of the present. In this guided session, we’ll work with conscious connected breathwork which is a powerful, rhythmic style of breathing where each inhale flows seamlessly into the exhale without pause. This circular breath pattern gently bypasses the thinking mind, allowing you to access deeper layers of emotion, memory, and insight. You do this lying down on the floor supported by any props that you may desire including blankets, mats and bolsters, all of which is provided. Through conscious connected breathwork, the body becomes the storyteller, revealing what it’s ready to release. As you stay with the breath, you may notice tension, old feelings, or long-held narratives begin to rise to the surface. With gentle guidance and a supportive atmosphere, you’ll be invited to meet these moments with compassion and then let them go or let them be.
Forgiveness here is not about condoning or forgetting; it’s about unbinding yourself from the energy that keeps you tethered to the past. This conscious connected breathwork journey offers you the opportunity to clear emotional residue, create space for peace, and reconnect with your own sense of wholeness.
Whether you’re seeking to forgive another, yourself, or simply set down what you’ve been carrying, this practice will help you breathe into the possibility of starting anew lighter, clearer, and more at home in your own being.
Expect: A mindful discussion about forgiveness, 60-75 min breathwork session and closing and integration.
