Our journey begins by delving into an understanding of the breath. Through shared contemplation or movement practices, we'll foster a connection with ourselves and each other. We'll spend up to an hour lying down, engaging in active breathwork and relaxed integration. This is a 2 hr event which allows us to go deeper in a smaller group setting!

What you'll need:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a mat, a pillow, and one or two blankets
- Have a water bottle for hydration after the session
- If you enjoy journaling, bring a journal with you
For your comfort, we recommend keeping meals light at least an hour before the session. Arriving early allows you to set up your cozy spot and complete a waiver form.
Please be aware that this practice may evoke strong emotions, memories, and physical sensations.
