This guided somatic breathwork session is designed to help your body complete the stress cycle, 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, so stress doesn’t stay trapped in your nervous system.
During the activation phase, we gently lean into anxious or restless energy, allowing it to safely mobilize and release rather than stay suppressed. From there, the practice guides you into deep calming, stillness, and grounding, signaling to the body that it’s safe to let go.
Sessions may include 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐪𝐢 𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬, 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐍𝐋𝐏-𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬, and 𝐯𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠... to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

The Halo Sanctuary is a part of 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. The entrance to the halo sanctuary is on the right side of the building.

Step into the sacred stillness of the courtyard labyrinth; a symbol of transformation found across ancient cultures. Unlike a maze, the labyrinth is not meant to confuse, but to guide you inward toward your truest self, and then gently outward, renewed and reconnected with the world around you.
Surrounded by the four elements; earth, air, fire, and water, this intentional walk becomes a moving meditation, perfect for setting your intention or grounding your experience after the session.

6:15pm: To honor the experience for all, we kindly ask that you arrive early to begin setting up your space, and to be ready to begin promptly. Please be seated and settled by 6:30pm so we can journey together without interruption.

Somatic breathwork is a powerful modality and may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart conditions
• Severe asthma, COPD, or other serious respiratory issues
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Active psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe bipolar disorder
• Pregnancy (without prior approval)
• Recent surgeries or injuries
