Soma = body. When we work within the body, we achieve deeper healing. The body holds all our trauma, emotions, and old energies that can negatively affect our mental and physical health. By engaging the body, we create a space for release, leading to improved health and well-being. Using somatics, we achieve faster and deeper healing than we otherwise could by focusing solely in the mind.
In this Somatic Breathwork Experience, you will be guided to drop into your body and use somatics – Breath, Movement, and Sounding – to create a space for your body to release and heal on a deeper level. The effects of somatic work are felt immediately and can produce profound shifts in your mental and emotional well-being.
