Join us for a deeply nourishing somatic breathwork journey as we align with the energy of the spring equinox—a powerful time of balance, renewal, and new beginnings. Just as nature awakens and blooms, this is your invitation to release what no longer serves you and create space for growth, clarity, alignment and intention.
What to Expect:
🌸Embodiment Practice– We’ll begin with gentle movement to help you drop into your body and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
🌸Intention Setting & Grounding Meditation– Set your focus for the session and center yourself in the energy of the equinox.
🌸Guided Somatic Breathwork Journey– You’ll be supported as you explore the breath, releasing stagnant energy, reconnecting with your inner wisdom and calling in your desires.
🌸Integration & Sharing– End with time for reflection, optional sharing, and heartfelt connection in a safe and supportive space.
This experience will leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and ready to embrace the light and growth of the season ahead.
