Join Lynn for an experience of Somatic Breathwork. This powerful therapeutic technique utilizes conscious, connected breathing patterns to access and release stored emotions and tension held within the body. By bringing awareness to our physical sensations and breath, we can unlock profound emotional and energetic shifts.

• Pranic Cleansing
• Connecting Breath with Movement
• Channeling Pranic Energy to the 7 Chakras
• Savasana (Deep Relaxation):
• We will conclude our session with a period of deep relaxation in Savasana (Corpse Pose). This allows for the integration of the profound experiences and energetic shifts that have occurred during the session. It is a time for stillness, surrender, and deep nourishment.

After the sesion we will all enjoy a plant-based meal, all included in the cost!

No prior experience is necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and wear comfortable clothing. No worries if you don't own a yoga mat, we’ve got you covered. Please keep in mind that breathwork is contraindicated for people with certain medical conditions, such as: Cardiovascular issues, respiratory issues, pregnancy, mental health conditions, recent surgery or injury and eye issues. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting breathwork if you have any underlying health conditions.
