Hi there! I'm really happy you're here, and would love for you to join me at The StarHouse, a beautiful sanctuary nestled in the foothills of Boulder, for an evening of somatic breathwork and community.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active breathing practice that uses continuous, intentional breaths and body awareness to help your body access, process, and release stored stress and trauma, while opening space for emotion, awareness, and deeper connection with yourself. When difficult experiences are not fully processed, the body can continue holding them as tension, emotional charge, or patterns of feeling stuck. This style of breathing gives the body a way to move and discharge what it has been carrying in a safe, supported space.

Facilitating this work is one of the greatest honors of my life, truly! This work is deeply personal to me and I love to share the magic with others. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully and authentically and genulinely yourself, and I truly mean that! In a world that often asks us to perform and keep up, this is a place to simply exist and feel and breathe and move. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

What is The StarHouse?

The StarHouse, built according to ancient geometric principles, is a powerful space aligned with the cosmos and the natural rhythms of the land. For over 30 years it has held gatherings centered on connection, reflection, and healing. Practicing in this setting invites a sense of grounding and spaciousness that supports deep inner work.

A Note Before You Join

Breathwork can be powerful and at times intense. Strong emotions, sound, movement, or vocal expression such as crying or screaming can naturally arise as the body releases stored tension and processes experience. This is a normal and welcomed part of the work, and the space is held with care so that all expressions are met with respect.

If you are pregnant or have a history of heart conditions, cardiovascular issues, seizures, severe asthma, recent surgery, or any other significant medical or psychiatric concerns, please consult with your doctor or mental health provider before participating.

You are always in choice. Everything offered is an invitation. Please listen to your body and move at your own pace.
