About this Event
Join me for a transformative Somatic Breathwork & Reiki experience designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and create space for clarity, expansion, and what’s ready to come next.
Using a guided rhythmic breathing technique, you’ll be invited out of the noise of the mind and into the wisdom of the body. As you move deeper into the breath, you’ll have space to release stored stress, emotion, and old patterns while opening to greater clarity, connection, insight, and possibility.
Reiki is woven throughout the experience to support grounding, balance, and integration—creating space for you to soften, receive, and reconnect with your own energy and inner power.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the experience to meet you where you are.
