Somatic Breathwork & Reiki

Join me for a transformative Somatic Breathwork & Reiki experience.

This is a space to step out of the mind and into the body—where stored stress, emotion, and old patterns can begin to move and release.

Through breathwork, you’ll be guided using a rhythmic, circular breathing technique that activates the body and supports the release of tension, emotional buildup, and stuck energy. As the body begins to soften, Reiki energy healing is offered to support balance, relaxation, and integration.

No experience is needed—just come as you are.

Somatic Breathwork is a powerful, body-based practice that may bring up physical or emotional release. This can include movement, sound, or emotional expression, all within a safe and supported space.

This experience is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular conditions, seizures, severe mental health conditions, recent surgery, or other serious medical concerns.
