This journey is an invitation to return home — to your body. Through conscious breathing, movement, and the heart-opening medicine of cacao, we will create space for inner listening, presence, and reconnection.
Guided by Eliana — Somatic Experience Therapist, Breathwork facilitator, women’s circle guide, and Pilates & Yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience supporting people on their path of self-knowledge and body reconnection through movement and breath.
🌬️ Somatic Breathwork: A practice that stimulates the nervous system, unlocking tensions and allowing the body to express what needs to be heard.
🍫 Cacao Ceremony: A gentle, loving medicine that expands the heart and strengthens the connection with yourself and the group.
