Somatic Breath Workshop

Join Master of Public Health Alexandra Sheth for a Trauma-Informed East-Meets-West Workshop designed to Regulate the Nervous System and develop Emotional Resiliency.

In this experience, Alexandra creates a communal container to deep dive into concepts such as, The 5-Elements of Chinese Medicine, Somatics, and Breathwork. You will experience how weaving ancient practices together can release energetic blockages and increase total brain-body harmony (coherence). Often, individuals experience a wave of catharsis and a significant emotional release! You can expect to leave this workshop feeling lighter and ultimately, closer to yourself, community, and humanity.

⭐️ Who: Alexandra Sheth

Alexandra is driven by a passion and background in Neuroscience, B.S. and Master of Public Health, MPH from The University of Michigan. Founder of a Private Somatic Studio offering in-person and virtual classes in Miami Beach, FL she is dedicated to support individual and communal access to somatic-based mental health, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation tools within her scope of education and experience. The era of CO-VID19 led to Alexandra’s entrepreneurial journey and launch of Sheth Studios, LLC. Developing an East-meets-West private and group practice she applies a bottom-up neurological platform for healing trauma, developing coherence, and restoring resiliency in both the mind and body. Fulfilling a mission to support individual and communal access to somatic-based mental health, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation tools Alexandra offers private and group classes as well as community workshops.
