Somatic Breath Workshop: Deep Digestion Dive 2.0

This Somatic Breath Workshop offers a fresh, new perspective on All Matters of Digestion. Alexandra is an expert in East-Meets-West Nervous System Regulation. As such, as we transition into late Summer, Alexandra will dive deep into the organ of the Spleen and the science behind why and how Spleen energy becomes stuck Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Energetically, Spiritually. Various techniques and tool will be offered to resolve these dysregulated patterns caused by an imbalanced Spleen. Participants are guaranteed to walk away from this workshop feeling lighter and clearer on what needs to be digested, in order to learn the lesson and move on in your life.

⭐️ Who: Alexandra Sheth

Alexandra is driven by a passion and background in Neuroscience, B.S. and Master of Public Health, MPH from The University of Michigan. Founder of a Private Somatic Studio offering in-person and virtual classes in Miami Beach, FL she is dedicated to support individual and communal access to somatic-based mental health, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation tools within her scope of education and experience. The era of CO-VID19 led to Alexandra’s entrepreneurial journey and launch of Sheth Studios, LLC. Developing an East-meets-West private and group practice she applies a bottom-up neurological platform for healing trauma, developing coherence, and restoring resiliency in both the mind and body. Fulfilling a mission to support individual and communal access to somatic-based mental health, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation tools Alexandra offers private and group classes as well as community workshops.
