Join us for an immersive evening of deep transformation at Salt City Sanctuary, where the power of the breath meets the healing resonance of sound. Every other Monday, from 7–9 PM, you’re invited to step into a sacred space designed to help you release the past, reconnect with your body, and expand your consciousness.Through somatic and holotropic breath techniques, you’ll be guided on a journey inward — one that invites emotional release, nervous system regulation, and profound self-awareness. Set to a carefully curated playlist, this practice helps open pathways to your inner landscape, allowing for clarity, release, and renewal.
As the breathwork gently concludes, you’ll be bathed in the soothing frequencies of an integrative sound bath, featuring gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and rattles. These vibrational instruments help anchor and harmonize the energetic shifts initiated during the breathwork, grounding your experience and supporting deep integration.
