Embody your inner alchemist with this element inspired flow class!
Alchemize through the 5-element system, explore the energy of each element (Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Ether) while tapping into your own witchy whimsy with a magical playlist.
We'll begin class with an optional Tarot card pull to set your personal intention so bring a journal if you'd like to take some time for self reflection!
It is the "Season of the Witch" after all, wear whatever you feel called, just be sure that it allows for free movement and doesn't restrict your breathing 😉
WHEN: Sunday, October 25th | 1:30 - 3pm
COST: $25
