Join us for this beautiful breathwork class to release anything you are carrying that you no longer desire to take further with you and create space to begin to welcome in more of what you desire.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Breathwork is an incredible modality for healing, expanding your subconscious mind, releasing blocks, and reprogramming your beliefs. In breathwork, we use breath to activate different parts of your nervous system and create shifts in your energetic state and feeling. In this class we will be using a beautiful technique called Somatic Activation Breathwork Technique. At the beginning of class we will set an intention of what you wish to release, then I will teach you all about the breath technique we will be using as well as sensations you may experience. Every workshop is infused with reiki energy to help support the clearing you are experiencing.

After that we will begin our breathwork journey which is entirely guided to support you. At the end of class we complete by having the option to share anything that came up for you during the class that you feel called to share.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga class vibes. Bring a light sweater and even a blanket. Bring your yoga mat or anything that will make you comfortable to lay on the ground. Bring wate if you would like to.

Kourtney is dedicated to guiding men and women back to themselves so they can reconnect back to life and their desires. She is a somatic activation breathwork practitioner, intimacy and empowerment coach and Reiki Master. With 10 years in the wellness industry and 4 years holding client sessions in multiple modalities. Breathwork has been such a sacred space to hold. Witnessing people come into the space nervous, stressed, worried about what may come up, to leaving in peace and liberation having released what no longer serves you . She can’t wait to guide you through this session.
