Replenish your nervous system on the January full moon with the ultimate RESET. This low-demand retreat focuses on nourishing you inside and out.

Join yoga therapist (Minded student grad) and embodied yoga teacher Katherine, an experienced cold water enthusiast, at the Scandinavian-inspired bathing space, PAUS in Cambridgeshire.

Expect a day packed with:

• Welcome hot drink
• Accessible embodied movement exploration
• Acupressure points & lymphatic drainage
• Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation
• Delicious 3-course meal with nourishing allotment-grown food at Hilltop Bistro
• Moon Bathing from 2-5 PM
• Intentional heat exposure in a cedar-wood sauna
• Cold water immersion (optional but encouraged)
• Cedar wood fired hot tub bathing with optional (non)-alcoholic drinks included
