SOMA Breathwork & Sound Meditation

SOMA Breathwork is an immersive, guided experience designed to help you access elevated states of awareness while cultivating deep relaxation and presence.
This session integrates rhythmic breathing, breath holds, and circular breathing techniques into a cohesive flow. Together, these practices help regulate the nervous system, bring the heart into coherence with the body, and support both deep rest and mental clarity.
Sound meditation instruments will be woven throughout the experience to enhance relaxation, deepen internal awareness, and create a fully supported environment for restoration and reset.
