Welcome to the SOMA Breathwork and Paint Night - Women Only Event! Join us for an evening of relaxation, creativity, and connection with other amazing women. No experience necessary, just come as you are and enjoy a night of self-care and sisterhood. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to unwind and unleash your creativity in a supportive and empowering environment.

For the best experience, don't eat or drink within 1 hour of the breathwork. We will supply yoga mats, blanket and pillow. You can bring your own if you'd like.
