Forming a SOMA Breath tribe Milwaukee... want to join? 4th Saturdays at Pink house studio (skip May and July but otherwise starting something regular). A SOMA Breath Rave is ecstatic dance plus breathwork (in particular SOMA Breath). Rhythmic breathing added to shaking dancing drops you quicker, let the ego go offline.. let the body do your healing take the lead..
Our breath is the one automated function of the body that we can also consciously control. This gives us an "in" into our neurology, our subconscious.. Breathwork + Reprogramming = Brain change
We are capable of so much more. Yes it's ecstatic dance, and also - come and do deep work if you like!!! I will invite/guide this for those that are interested (for example, parts work, inner child work, identifying limiting beliefs and reprogramming).
Come to connect to your own inner guru as well as the Light/Divine. And of course to Mother Earth/power for good.
