Come join us at Calumet Park on Saturday March 1st at 10am to start your weekend with a clear mind + open heart.

Please bring:

• Yoga mat
• Eyemask
• Towel
• Water bottle
• Journal & pen
• Pillow
• Light jacket*
• Small blanket*

*Please use your best judgment to make sure you're comfortable depending on the weather.
