SOMA: A Nervous System Reset Retreat
Life can leave you feeling like you're constantly "on." Rushing from one thing to the next, never quite catching up. Exhausted throughout the day, yet unable to truly rest when the day is done. Sometimes you feel overwhelmed and reactive, while other times you feel flat, disconnected or stuck, unsure how to move forward. These experiences aren't something to be ashamed of or push through. They're invitations to better understand your nervous system and the way your body responds to the demands of everyday life.
This retreat is an invitation to understand your body’s natural rhythms and create space for both activation and restoration. Rather than avoiding stress, we will explore how intentional challenge can build resilience, expand your capacity, and support your ability to move through life with greater awareness and ease. Through movement, immersive sound, education and restorative practices, this retreat offers practical tools to help you regulate stress, build resilience and cultivate a greater sense of ease, both on the day and long after you leave.
A defining feature of SOMA is the intentional use of live sound throughout the day. More than background music, sound becomes an active part of the experience, guiding moments of energy, challenge, stillness and deep rest. Through rhythm, immersive soundscapes and carefully curated live music, you'll experience how sound can influence the nervous system, helping you build resilience, reconnect with your body and cultivate a greater capacity for restoration.
Your day of nervous system restoration includes:
- A grounding arrival practice to connect with your body and current state
- An immersive movement and sound experience exploring safe activation, rhythm and resilience
- Education on the nervous system, stress responses, and how to expand your window of tolerance
- Practical tools and take-home practices to support nervous system regulation in everyday life
- A nourishing candlelit dinner to pause, connect and integrate
- A deeply restorative closing experience of Yin yoga, live sound, massage and meditation
Plus, you’ll receive:
- Arrival refreshments and thoughtfully curated gift bags
- Take-home practices and reflections to continue supporting your nervous system beyond the retreat
Places are intentionally limited to preserve an intimate experience and allow space for personal reflection and connection throughout the day. This retreat is open to those aged 18+. Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest if needed.
