If your days feel like an endless list of obligations and you're constantly running on empty, this practical course will help you understand why.
Rather than offering generic self-care advice, The Burnout Antidote explores the psychological patterns that contribute to chronic stress and burnout, giving you practical tools to recognise them and create lasting change.
In a warm, supportive small-group environment, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how your thoughts, behaviours and nervous system interact, and learn strategies to restore balance, choice and wellbeing.
Drawing on the principles of Transactional Analysis (T.A.) alongside practical real-world techniques, you'll explore the science of stress, the cycle of burnout, personality patterns and the psychological drivers that can keep people trapped in exhaustion.
Through guided discussion, self-reflection and practical exercises, you'll identify the habits and beliefs that may be contributing to burnout and discover healthier ways to respond.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed at work, home or both, this course provides practical insights to help you regain energy, resilience and a greater sense of control.
Please bring a notebook and pen.
This course runs for 1 session x 3 hours.
