✨The SoLuna collective celebrates the harmony between sun and moon; movement and rest. We’re on a mission to explore the healing Rhythm & Flow of yoga and music, and bring the vibration of unity to the tristate area. ✨

This event series is a journey and fusion of yoga, healing house music & free flow dance.

Step into a transformative experience where movement, house music, and mindfulness unite. SoLuna is a unique event series weaving together grounding yoga practice, the uplifting rhythms of healing house music, and the liberating expression of free flow dance.

Each gathering begins with grounding & setting intentions, then connecting with the power of breath to center the mind. Once we’re settled and locked in we begin an energizing yoga flow to open the body as live and curated house beats rise to carry participants into a soulful dance journey—free of choreography, free of judgment, and fully immersed in authentic expression. We close with grounding meditation and sound to restore balance and integration.
