Join Rachel in Celebrating Solstice- The turning of the Celtic Wheel in the Northern Hemisphere known also as The Longest Night.This auspicious time lends itself to reflecting on the balance of light and dark. At the point of the Winter Solstice, we begin to turn towards the light in small increments.
This practice will utilize both Sun and Moon Salutations (with options for practice, including chairs), breath-work, meditation and end with a sound healing meditation with metal and quartz crystal bowls.
