Solstice Reset: A Midyear Vision Boarding Workshop

As we cross the midpoint of the year, there's no better time to reconnect with what matters most. Whether you're revisiting intentions you set in January or ready to chart a fresh course for the season ahead, this intimate, in-person workshop offers a creative and grounding space to do just that.

What We'll Do Together:

We'll open with a brief intro to the science behind vision boarding and why this practice actually works. Then, using the Wheel of Life (a powerful visual self-assessment), you'll take honest stock of where you are across key life areas. From there, a guided visualization will help you tune inward and reflect on how to improve your overall well-being by identifying imbalances and clarifying what you truly want to prioritize in the months ahead.

The rest of the evening is yours: create, reflect, and collage in a relaxed, welcoming space. No artistic ability required; this process is intuitive and approachable for everyone. You'll leave with a beautiful vision board and a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.

All Materials Provided:

• 16x20 mixed media paper
• Magazines and printed affirmations
