THE JOURNEY..
Nestled along the riverbank, beneath the expansive summer sky, you are invited into a sensory playground for the soul. Together, we will revitalize our bodies through healing sound, gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Grounded, we will wander the land to forage wild flora, weaving heartfelt intentions and natural treasures into a tangible keepsake to hold the sweetness long after the solstice sun sets. — all accompanied by a live healing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tongue drums, didgeridoo, and voice.
As the Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year and the height of the sun’s vitality, Solstice on the Scioto invites you into a sacred seasonal threshold — a moment to honor your growth, release what no longer aligns, and reconnect with the truth of who you are becoming.

Your Hosts
Nicole Klasa
Nicole’s relationship with yoga began as a casual flirtation in high school, only to deepen into a profound connection during her college years while navigating the tumultuous waters of grief, loss and life’s changes. Yoga became Nicole’s sanctuary, a place where she found solace, healing and a newfound sense of empowerment, emerging with a deep appreciation for the transformative power of yoga.
As a devoted, disciplined and passionate student and teacher, Nicole holds two 500-ERYT + YACEP certifications and brings 13+ years of experience, having shared teachings with thousands of students across the globe.
Drawing inspiration from the rich traditions of hatha, power vinyasa, and kundalini yogas, her classes are a vibrant blend of physical postures, breathwork and meditation, designed to awaken the body, mind and spirit.
Beyond daily classes, Nicole is passionate about training teachers, curating and sharing transformative retreats, workshops and community programs.
Ryan Warner of Sound Waves
Ryan is a Reiki Master, musician, and holistic wellness practitioner devoted to helping others find balance and tranquility through the power of sound. Combining ancient healing techniques with a modern understanding of vibration and frequency, Ryan crafts deeply immersive Sound Baths that invite participants into a state of relaxation, clarity, and connection.
Ryan’s journey into sound healing began as a personal quest for wellness and self-discovery. After experiencing the transformative effects of sound therapy firsthand, he committed himself to studying and integrating a wide range of modalities — including quartz crystal singing bowls, Native and world flutes, steel tongue drums, healing tuning tubes, and hand drums.
Drawing on his background as a singer/songwriter, Ryan channels each session intuitively, allowing the music to flow through him as if guided by divine inspiration. Much like a jam band performance — inspired by his favorite group, the Grateful Dead — each experience is unique, spontaneous, and infused with a spirit of exploration and higher guidance. His intuitive connection to sound and energy creates a safe, nurturing, and transformative space where participants can release tension, open their hearts, and reconnect with their true selves.

Directions:
Address to Griggs Amphitheater;
- Please Note: the park’s address is different than the Amphitheaters. The Amphitheaters address is 3442 Riverside Dr, Upper Arlington, OH. Strangely enough gps might take you to a walking path and not the amphitheater.
How to Enter by Car (Getting Into the Park)
It is a bit tricky because you’ll have to drive into the park via the road(s) along Riverside Drive. Here's the most direct path:
- Approach via Riverside Drive at the Northern part of the park near Fishinger and Riverside Dr. There is a McDonalds across the street. You can park at the Nottingham Boat Launch and walk to the amphitheater or continue driving south inside the park and you can park on the street there. You will see a white sign that says Sound Bath at the event location. YOU MIGHT NOT SEE THE AMPHITHEATER FROM THE ROAD
