🌞Celebrate the light, the season, and the power of community.
Join us for a special Summer Solstice + International Day of Yoga gathering—an afternoon designed to move, connect, and simply be together.
We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga practice to ground into the body and honor the longest day of the year. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, followed by a rhythmic, heart-opening drum circle to awaken energy and collective connection (drums included and everyone will have a chance to play)! 🪘
We’ll close the arvo with a relaxed community potluck—an invitation to linger, share, and enjoy the simple joy of being together (optional to stay).
What to Know:
🌞A grounding, accessible yoga flow [30 mins]
🌞A calming, immersive sound bath [30 mins]
🌞A guided, all-welcome drum circle (no experience needed) [15 mins]
🌞Community potluck to connect and celebrate [30 mins, go as you please]
