Welcome summer with Douglas and Hope at our seasonal sound bath session at the always welcoming Desert Lotus Yoga (11200 Montgomery Blvd. NE) on the eve of the summer solstice, Saturday, June 20 ~ 6:30pm! 🌞 Solstice weekend - One soothing smaller and personalized Saturday gathering on the eve of this year's midpoint, longest daylight and tipping point to release what no longer serves us. 🙏🏿
Whether you're new to sound healing or deep in meditative and mindfulness practice, the "sound-induced meditation" of the sound bath offers a peaceful space to pause, reflect, and welcome the energy of a new season. Together! Please register in advance and early. Desert Lotus fills up!
Please bring your mat/pillow/blanket to lie down comfortably. Limited extra items will be available, and please avoid strong fragrances. Thank You.
