We’re so looking forward to welcoming you into this beautiful mini retreat experience created to help you pause, reset and reconnect during the powerful Solstice energy 🌞
This evening is all about slowing down, nourishing your nervous system and allowing yourself space to simply receive.
Throughout the evening you’ll experience:

✨ Angel Reiki energy healing
✨ EFT chakra balancing
✨ Somatic breathwork & grounding mudra practices
✨ Deep relaxation to support mind, body & soul
Everything is provided for you, including a little goodie bag to take home 🫶
Please just bring:
✨ A blanket
✨ Cushion if desired
✨ Water bottle
✨ Anything that helps you feel cosy and comfortable
Doors will open shortly before 6.30pm and we kindly ask for prompt arrival so everyone can fully settle into the space before we begin.
