Solstice celebration

Brought you by Treasa (Synchronicity Wellbeing) and Paddy (Traditional Hatha Yoga)
This Solstice event will take place in a private green space, and we’ll be dancing 'silent disco' style using wireless headphones. Still moving and connecting together, but we'll each be in our own wee world of rhythm.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga warm-up to arrive into the body, moving into an Ecstatic Dance under the open sky. As the evening settles, we'll transition into Yoga Nidra and a sound bath for deep rest and integration.
Afterwards, we’ll gather around the fire for some food, craic and connection. The food will be provided by Fadó Bagels - if you're gluten free another option will be provided.
Solstice has always been a time of gathering and community.
This event is really all about moving, resting, sharing food and just being together and sharing space in the long light of summer.
