Join us on the eve of the Summer Solstice for a deeply restorative evening of sound, reflection, and connection.
Held at The Rooted Ritual Apothecary, an intentional space devoted to mindful living and meaningful ritual, this gathering invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through the healing power of sound and vibration.
As evening settles and daylight begins its slow transition into dusk, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, flutes, chimes, gongs, and the gentle sounds of nature. These healing frequencies work together to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into harmony.
The Summer Solstice is a time of abundance, gratitude, and illumination. It is an opportunity to honor how far you’ve come, release what no longer serves you, and set intentions for the season ahead. Together, we’ll gather in community to celebrate the light around us and within us.
