A Special Class to Honor Light, Reflection, Letting Go, and ThankfulnessJoin Jessica for a deeply nourishing Restorative practice, designed to foster stillness and renewal as the Winter Solstice marks the longest night and a turning point toward longer, brighter days.
You will be guided through gentle, restorative postures and mindful breath work. To honor the season’s natural invitation to slow down, a deeply restful Yoga Nidra will accompany the practice. Invite yourself to an evening of candlelit ambiance, soothing music, and grounding practices that connect you to the present moment and help release stress from the year.
