Solstice & Equinox Celebrations: Winter Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

Solstice is here, just after the Full Moon.

This gives us a unique opportunity to harness both the illumination and release with the full moon, as well as the transformation of the equinox, all in one.

The Full Moon in combination with Winter Solstice calls us to go inward and rest. This is the season, in accordance with our circadian rhythms we are meant ot work less, and dig our roots down deep. It allows us to stay strong and grounded under the heavy snow fall. Come spring our roots are deeper than before allowing us to grow tall and bloom even bigger than we once were.

It is appropriate that we start of this season in a holiday period when we have more time off work to rest and travel and visit with friends and family. How can you make that a pattern throughout the entire season? How can you take more time to soften, heal and grow this winter?

Now is the time to set the goals for not just winter, but also for spring. You can then take all of winter mentally, emotionally, and energetically preparring for spring, saving your energy.
