About this Event

Noelle Paige (VP of Development, Aspen Power), Cameron Benton (Principal Recruitment Consultant, SolSearch Energy), and WRISE NYC
Description
WRISE NYC is excited to partner with SolSearch Energy and Aspen Power to facilitate an interactive workshop and networking event. The workshop explores the intersection of the wealth gap and professional compensation, providing insights into how systemic disparities influence the way we’re paid and approach compensation negotiation. Noelle Paige and Cameron Benton will guide participants through a comprehensive overview of negotiation strategies, focusing on preparation and confidence.
The skills shared in this session go beyond salary discussions and can be used for a variety of conversations including advocating for increased budget approvals, negotiating lease agreements for renewable energy projects, or even championing your personal growth with an industry fellowship or board position – just to name a few!
This workshop is not a “get-rich-quick” scheme, but rather, an opportunity to equip yourself with the tools necessary to foster equitable conversations and advocate effectively in your professional and personal endeavors.
