Solomons Focus Group for Community Health Needs Assessment

Join us for an upcoming Community Health Needs Assessment focus group and help shape the future of health and wellness in our community. We’re looking for community members to share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas on local health needs, challenges, and resources.

Your input will directly inform how we plan programs, services, and partnerships to better support our community.

Location: Community Education Room on the 1st Floor by the stairwell

This session will be a guided group discussion in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Food will be provided, and all participants will receive a complimentary merch bag as a thank-you for their time.
