Solo to Team: The Fundamentals of Scaling
About this Event
From Solo to Team: The Fundamentals of Scaling
A two-hour workshop for women business owners. Thursday, September 17, hosted at Brand Gloss.
You're good at what you do. That was never the problem.
The problem is that the business only works when you're in it. Maybe you're booked out and turning people away, and you know you should hire, but the numbers scare you. Or maybe you already hired, and now you have a team that needs you watching them, and you're wondering why this feels harder than doing it yourself.
Two hours. Real math, real scripts, no fluff.
What we'll actually do
Decide. The four signs you're ready to hire, and the four myths that keep owners stuck for years longer than they need to be. You'll score yourself and know your answer before you leave.
Afford. This is the part nobody shows you. We'll take one person's real numbers, live, and work out what a hire actually costs, what she'd need to produce to pay for herself, and how long the ramp takes. You'll run your own alongside it in your workbook.
Hire right. How to choose someone who stays. The interview question you can steal, the red flags owners talk themselves out of, and why hiring on gut alone keeps failing.
Who this is for
Solo owners who are maxed out and thinking about a first hire. Owners with a small team that isn't running the way they pictured. If you have staff and you're still the one holding it all together, this is for you.
What you leave with
A printed workbook that's yours to keep, with your readiness score, your hire math worked out, and your number one non-negotiable written down. Plus the answer to whether you're ready, and what to do next either way.

About Rana
I'm an HR strategist, and I built my own med spa with a team across two locations, so I've made the hires, written the policies, made payroll in slow months, and had every hard conversation you're dreading. I also have a Master's in Organizational Psychology and spent over ten years in corporate HR. If I haven't lived it at my own business, I've almost certainly seen it somewhere else.
One more thing
Your $35 ticket becomes credit toward The Owner's Suite, my membership for owners, if you join at the event. So if you decide you want to keep going, the workshop pays for itself.
