An introductory series of three Solo Jazz guided practice sessions, led by Marta.We’ll focus on the core steps and introduce some simple improvisation concepts. Nice and easy to start with and we can take it up a notch as we go - we’ll be learning together!
The idea is to improve our confidence to dance Solo on the social dance floor and get a repertoire of steps into our muscle memory.
Suitable for all levels including complete beginners!
DATES: 14th, 21st and 28th November
TIME: 7-8pm
LOCATION: St Michael's Church Hall, Powis Rd, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 3HJ
Getting there:
The entrance to the hall is up some steps at the southern end of St Michael's Place.
Buses stop along Western Road and at Seven Dials, both a few minutes' walk from the venue.
Tickets (covers all three sessions):
- Early bird: £18 until 31st October
- Standard price: £24
