Solidarity Bazaar and the Annual State of Nonviolence. The speaker will be Larry Clark, a pastor of Monroe Street United Methodist Church (in Toledo), who has visited Tent of Nations many times. His presentation will focus on Tent of Nations (and include other nonviolent activists in Palestine).

And on "Black Friday" Walk & Fast for Humanity will convene at the Fountain of Eternal Life at 120 Public Square on "Black Friday," November 29, 2024, Noon - 2pm. This is to name four world famines and food insecurity in Cleveland, Ohio. We emphasize the huge Pentagon budget and campaigns that foment poverty and famine in proxy war zones of our government. Famine in Gaza, Haiti, Sudan, and Yemen are our focus

Tent of Nations is an educational and environmental farm covering 400 dunams next to the village of Nahalin, on a hill top southwest of Bethlehem. The farm has been in Daoud Nassar's family since 1916 when his grandfather purchased the land known as Dahers’ Vineyard.

Throughout the year, we host several work camps which help to maintain our family organic farm. Our goal is to help people understand the importance of the land and to feel more connected to the ground and to our environment.

We run empowerment programs for women and children from the Bethlehem area. And the purpose is to let them discover their talents, increase their confidence and self-esteem, to focus on their positives, and to believe in themselves that they are able to shape their future even in their difficult daily struggle that they have to face.

We want to develop a positive approach to conflict management. In the face of great injustice, we know that we should not hate, despair or flee. We refuse to be enemies and we try to transform our pain and frustration into positive actions that will help us to create a better future.
