Sunday 21st Dec we are celebrating solstice (Solhverv in Danish) the return the light, yes, days are getting longer in Copenhagen 🌞
Pipaluk is guiding our warm up, inspired by the change of seasons reflected in our bodies, being ground, and taking off... lightness and support.
🎸 Our musicians this Sunday is Nicolaj Wamberg on violin, meeting Alice Rose on vocals, violin and harp.
We have 'return of the light' vocal experience in the making for you..
After dancin' open Sunday dinner and hot soup, bring nice food to share (-:

kl 18ish slow down to closing circle
+ after dancing bodywork, lounge for socializing and sharing food 🥑

The Dance
- we love to begin together, tuning in and warming up, be 3pm on the floor
- wear comfortable and clean cloth, long pants, long sleeves
- knee pads recommended.
- nice to bring additional dry clothes for warm down and bodywork
Guidelines
- keep spoken conversation to a quiet minimum during dance sessions
- kindly don't use your phone inside the dance studio
Health
- be considerate, stay at home if not feeling well
- kindly, wash hands, be clean, before entering studio
- kindly, avoid perfume, be careful w jewelry, belts etc
