From deep within the labyrinth of winter, MDjul returns for its 4th edition — MDK’s annual Christmas ritual dedicated to presence, pulse and the shared electricity of the underground. More than a tradition, MDjul is a constellation of moments: warm bodies, cold air outside and a sound that wraps itself around the room like a living organism. It’s the gathering we look forward to all year — a place where old friends reconnect, new stories are born and the dance floor becomes its own universe. This year, we invite you once again to lose yourself in two distinct sonic realms — the Main Room, sculpted for underground house and minimal sounds, and the Kiosk Stage, where groove meets raw energy. Each artist has been chosen with intention, each frequency woven into the fabric of this night.
⚡ MAIN ROOM
Bread&Butter - https://soundcloud.com/breadtothebutter
A cornerstone of Romania’s electronic landscape, Bread&Butter is an artist who shapes minimal techno with fearless curiosity. Founder of ABC Events and the visionary behind abc.ltd, Always Bring Cash and Alfabet Records, he has built an entire ecosystem dedicated to pushing sound into new territory. From the influential ABC Collective to his modular-driven live project Request Line, Bread&Butter approaches music as an ever-shifting journey — reinventing, deconstructing, rebuilding in real time. Expect a performance defined by depth, precision and genre-defying imagination.
Recovery.Issue - https://soundcloud.com/recovery-issue
Born near Rostock and raised through the golden years of European club culture, Recovery.Issue embodies a return to purity. His craft is rooted in warm, slowed-down grooves — somewhere between Deep Tech, Tech House and Romanian Minimal — played exclusively on vinyl as an homage to the artists behind the music. Performing across intimate open-airs and underground clubs, his sets radiate calmness, storytelling and deep respect for the culture that shaped him. A selector devoted to essence over trend.
Markovela - https://soundcloud.com/markovela
Markovela creates what he calls vibe architecture — sound as a structure for presence. Co-founder of the influential Danish movement YŪGEN and now based in Berlin, Mark brings over two decades of experience in shaping atmospheres that dissolve time. His sets are emotional, delicate and deeply intentional, drifting through frequencies that draw a room into collective resonance. A storyteller of the now — building connection through perfectly placed sound.
Geroge - https://soundcloud.com/geroge808
Founder of MDK and a defining force of Copenhagen’s underground, Geroge approaches DJing as narrative craft — weaving groove, pressure, texture and subtle emotion into evolving stories. Since 2018, he has shared the booth with artists like Janeret, Cosmjn, Nima Gorji, Cristi Cons, Sublee, Lizz and more, while continuously shaping the city’s underground scene through “Minimal Denmark”, “Copenhagen Minimal Events” and the MDK project itself.
Expect movement, rhythm and a magnetic sense of flow.
🌒 KIOSK STAGE
Sig Johnson - https://soundcloud.com/sig-johnson
After a decade away, Sig Johnson — half of the Icelandic duo KSF — returns to Denmark with the same warmth and groove that once shook the floors of KB18. Raised in Hafnarfjörður, nurtured in record shops from the age of ten and shaped by years of hip-hop, house, minimal and techno, Sig has toured festivals and underground clubs across the world. Now entering a new chapter, he brings his signature blend of vibe-heavy minimal tech and good-spirited energy back to Copenhagen — just in time for Christmas.
Møltov - https://soundcloud.com/moeltov
Driving minimal/tech house between 128 and 135 BPM, Møltov delivers groove with punch, swing and a floor-locking sense of rhythm. With 18 years behind the decks, his sound is shaped by instinct and experience — a steady push that keeps the crowd moving without thinking, only feeling.
Rasmus Lützen - https://soundcloud.com/rasmuslutzen
A Danish DJ with a global footprint, Rasmus Lützen has taken his sound to Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Portugal, Poland, Berlin — and occasionally onto rolling ghettoblasters and bikes. His sets are playful, adventurous and grounded in a deep love for movement and momentum.
✨ DANCE PERFORMANCE
Miriam Borrelli - https://www.instagram.com/miriamborrelli_art/
A movement artist who dances at the intersection of techno, house, afro and metal, Miriam transforms music into physical electricity. Her performances blur the boundary between ritual and expression — merging contemporary technique with raw, emotional instinct.
A presence that amplifies the energy of the room.
✨ MDjul ’25 - A night dedicated to groove, connection, and collective celebration.
Come find your rhythm.
