Solera Workshop

Welcome to the Solera Workshop!

A thoughtful look at the history and application of the Solera aging system. Through a guided tasting, the guests will be exposed to the different styles of sherry and a selection of spirits that utilize an adaptation of the Solera system in their production. At the end, guests will also have the opportunity to develop a cocktail based off of the concepts covered.

Join us for a fun and interactive event where you'll learn all about the fascinating world of solera aging. Our workshop will take place at the lively venue Tiki Tiki Bang Bang, where you'll get hands-on experience and expert guidance on creating your own solera blends.
