In person- Natural Childbirth Class @ Mt. Auburn

Natural Childbirth Class: Class designed to educate parents about the basics of birth process including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, with a focus on achieving the most natural birth that you are comfortable with. Options for pain relief will be reviewed and information regarding different interventions will be discussed.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move in. Please bring your own blanket and pillows to use in class. The class includes hands on floor work and practice of labor positions and comfort measures.

Directions: . Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. Closest parking is in P1.

Class is on A level of Main Hospital. Take Main elevators to A level and follow signs to Cafeteria. Classrooms are in the hall outside of cafeteria.
