That’s right! There are 52 bones and 66 joints from your ankles to your toes. That’s a lot of opportunities for things to go wrong. If you’ve had a bad ankle sprain, surgery, or a pain in your foot that you can remember today, you could benefit from learning how to care for your feet.
Foot Challenges - bunions, hammer, toe, overpronation, orthotics, toe spacers, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, hip pain, back pain. We will address the feet in more detail and offer you solutions to help you recover confidence in your body.
