Join Valley Health Partners for our first annual Sole Mission Walk – a fundraising event supporting the VHP Street Medicine Program, which delivers essential primary and urgent care to individuals experiencing homelessness throughout the Lehigh Valley. This family-friendly and dog-friendly event includes a scenic walk around Cedar Crest College’s campus, kid’s games and activities, live entertainment, food trucks, and a community resource fair.
Together, we’ll walk to raise awareness and critical funds in support of our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
